- TOP 5: 5 min every morning in each department / team / production area to organise the day’s actions, anticipate the week’s actions, etc.
- TOP 15: 15 minutes once a week with all employees so that each department presents its figures, its actions from last week or the information for the coming week. This is an opportunity to give everyone an overview so that everyone feels involved in the overall project of the company. This makes it possible to visualize and understand processes, to value good actions, to identify difficulties and to resort to the reflection of all to solve them.
- TOP 30: 30 min once every 15 days between the managers or team leaders to take into consideration the information coming back from the teams and take action to improve their working conditions.

Communication panels
In order for important information to be shared and accessible all the time, it is important to dedicate a space (see several) to communication.
The installation of panels perpetuates things and makes it possible to standardize the information disseminated. Many options (size, color, on feet or wheels, wall, customizable, etc.) will allow you to choose THE table that will match your communication space.

Do you have limited display space? Opt for our totems! They allow you to display as much as possible on a minimum width!
3, 4 or 5 sides, it’s up to you to choose the model that suits you. You have as for the panels a wide choice of colors available to adapt to your environment. Magnetic, they will be able to host our briefcase pouches, our magnets and all of our visual management accessories to boost your communication.
Display media
Display your figures, graphs, indicators and results in your communication spaces! We offer a wide range of pouches, briefcases, etc., to do this. Available in different sizes and colours, magnetic or adhesive, our products are designed to make your display as easy as possible. It is even possible to write directly on a part of our covers (with erasable felts, without ketone, like those we offer).
Panels's animation & accessories
A simple communication rule is that the main information is identifiable in 3 seconds at a distance of 3 meters.
