The main points to be identified are:
- Your products!! For proper inventory management, it is important that finished products, such as internal products (components, materials, etc.) are correctly identified. To do this, assign them a code and a location in your stock.
- Identify your racks to reduce time wasted searching for locations. Do the same with the specific locations on the ground: materialization of the locations of pallets, wagons, etc. highlighting specific areas such as fire hydrants (not to be blocked by storage), door openings, etc.
- Store/ organize your tools: either by adhesive shapes, or with foams depending on your situation. This way, your employees will know where to store their tools and at a glance will identify if they are missing any.
